Soft Skills Training for Syrians in Northern Iraq


This project aims to provide capacity-building in soft skills to Syrian refugees in Iraq and to give them skills they need to thrive in the workplace by offering a series of internationally certified Soft Skills courses, accredited by the World Bank/International Finance Council, to a total of 300 Syrian refugees. Each participant will take 4 Business Edge™ courses to receive a “mini-diploma” in Soft Skills. A total of 20 mini-diploma workshops (80 courses) will be offered, with 15 participants per course, for a total of 300 students trained.
